Serververse ("we", "our", "us") respects privacy and handles personal data carefully for customers, website visitors and account users. This notice explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you use serververs.com, store.serververs.com and related services. Primary framework: Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and other Indian law that applies to our business. Where we process personal data of people in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom or Switzerland in connection with our services, we also apply GDPR-style principles described in this notice (lawful basis, purpose limitation, security and rights of access/erasure where applicable).

We may collect: Account and identity data • Name, email, phone (if provided), billing address, account credentials Transaction data • Orders, invoices, payment references and store history (card details are handled by payment processors; we do not store full card numbers) Service and technical data • IP addresses, server identifiers, logs, support ticket content and usage metadata needed to run hosting Marketing and site data (where consented or allowed) • Newsletter preferences, cookie / analytics data as described in /privacy-policy We do not intentionally collect special-category data unless you choose to put it in a ticket or form.
We use personal data to: • Create and manage accounts and services • Process payments and prevent fraud • Provide support and deliver development work • Secure the network (including Serververse Shield related operations) • Meet legal, tax and accounting duties • Send service notices and, where allowed, product updates We do not sell personal data.
Where GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on one or more of: • Contract - to deliver services you ordered • Legitimate interests - security, fraud prevention, service improvement (balanced against your rights) • Legal obligation - tax, accounting, regulatory requests • Consent - optional marketing or non-essential cookies (you may withdraw consent)
Servers and support tooling may process data in India and other countries where our providers operate. Where GDPR-style transfer rules apply, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses or equivalent measures offered by the processor.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including: • Active account and service life • Legal retention for invoices and disputes • Limited post-expiry service data windows described in /fup and product terms When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practicable.
We use administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit where applicable and operational hardening.
