3. Development Requests

Official development requests must go through: • A store ticket at store.serververs.com/tickets/create, or • The contact channels listed on /contact Project requirements, updates and approvals should stay in that ticket thread for a clear record. Requests made only through unofficial DMs may not be tracked as formal project work.

4. Development Timeline

An estimated completion time is provided after we review requirements. The timeline starts only after: • Full payment for the scoped work (unless written otherwise) • Required project details are provided • Requirements are confirmed in the ticket Timeline extensions may occur if you change scope mid-project, respond late, delay approvals or if third-party dependencies fail. Delays caused by the customer are not Serververse’s responsibility.

5. Payment Policy

Unless a written quote says otherwise, 100% advance payment is required before development or setup work begins. No development, configuration or installation work starts until payment is confirmed through official store or invoiced channels.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for: • Complete and accurate requirements • Providing server, panel or credential access when required (via the ticket) • Supplying premium plugins, licenses, domains, API keys and third-party credentials you own • Testing and approving deliverables within the agreed window Serververse may use its own free resources and templates. You must supply paid or licensed materials for your project.

7. Premium Plugins & Licensed Resources

If the project needs a paid plugin or licensed resource: • You must purchase and provide it • Serververse does not buy premium licenses on your behalf unless quoted • Resources must be legally owned • Cracked, pirated or illegally obtained software is forbidden and may end the project without refund

8. Bug Fixing Warranty

After a project is marked completed, Serververse provides 7 days of complimentary bug fixing for defects directly caused by our scoped work. • Report bugs in the original ticket within 7 days of completion • New features, design changes, third-party updates and issues from your modifications are not covered • Unauthorized changes by you or a third party void the warranty

9. Customer Modifications

If you or a third party modify files, plugins or configs during or after delivery: • Serververse is not responsible for resulting issues • We may pause work until conflicts are cleared • The 7-day bug warranty is void if unauthorized changes interfere with the deliverable

10. Panel Protection Services

Where panel hardening is purchased: • Scope may include SSL, firewall rules, access hardening and updates to a stable release • Credentials must be shared only through the ticket • 2FA and least-privilege access are enabled where supported • Panel protection uses best-practice measures and does not guarantee immunity from all attacks or third-party panel bugs

Where node hardening is purchased: • Scope may include host firewall, fail2ban-style controls, SSH hardening and minimum open ports • Root or sudo access may be required during setup • Automatic security updates may be configured when appropriate • Network protection is coordinated with Serververse Shield and upstream settings where included in the quote

12. Refund Policy for Development

Development and setup services are non-refundable once work has started, except where our Refund Policy expressly requires otherwise. No refunds for: • Delay caused by the customer • Mid-project cancellation after work began • Issues from unauthorized modifications • Partial work if you terminate the project early See /refund-policy.

13. Additional Work

Work outside the original scope (new features, major revisions, extra servers, new integrations) may require: • A separate quote • An updated timeline • A new or extended ticket Scope changes must be agreed in the ticket before additional work starts.

14. Communication Standards

Communicate respectfully in tickets and on /contact channels. Serververse may suspend or end development without refund for abuse, threats, harassment, public sharing of confidential ticket content without consent or clear false claims. Human support works on business hours and business days. Typical ticket replies are within 24-48 hours. For emergencies use the hotline or WhatsApp on /contact.

15. Legal Compliance

You must ensure projects comply with applicable law, including Indian IT and data-protection rules. Projects involving illegal content, piracy or other prohibited activity under our AUP will be rejected and may be reported. See /aup and /privacy-policy.

16. Intellectual Property

• Custom code written exclusively for you becomes yours after full payment for that scoped work • Serververse templates, frameworks and reusable base configs remain Serververse property • You receive a non-exclusive license to use those base assets in the delivered project • You may not resell Serververse proprietary development assets without written permission

17. Service Termination

Serververse may end development immediately without refund if the project is illegal, uses pirated resources, involves abusive behavior, chargebacks or other policy breaches. Completed work may be withheld until issues are resolved.

18. Acceptance of Terms

Buying any development, setup or configuration service from Serververse means you accept these Development Policies in full. They apply for the life of that engagement unless a written enterprise agreement changes them. Questions: [email protected] · /contact · store tickets
